WHere are you located?
EVON MODELS is based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin but majority of photo shoots and work is done in Illinois and other surrounding Midwest states like Michigan, Minnesota, etc
AM I GUARANTEED JOBS & WORK?
ARE YOU GUARANTEED A JOB No! In this industry, the client has the right to select which model best fits the job in need. Agents can suggest who they feel may fit the job but in the end, the client has final decision/selection. ARE YOU GUARANTEED WORK? Yes or No, that depends on your availability and drive... we are always constantly doing shoots and traveling and other modeling stuff. But the model has to "want" to be successful. At EVON MODELS, there is no babysitting and forcing. If you're constantly putting other things before modeling OR turning people away from wanting to work with you because of your social media posts, your attitude, tardiness, etc... that is something we have no control over, YOU DO! EVON MODELS is more of a help and resource, we are not your boss. YOU DETERMINE YOUR OWN LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT!
what type of models/CREATORS do you work with?
We can work with anyone... but because of where we are located, we don't have a wide range of different types of models. So we work with the type of models that we have access to, in Wisconsin and Illinois. There are some types we have more experience with but we can work with any type of model.
DO YOU DO OPEN CALLS?
NO! We don't feel it's a need to do OPEN CALLS in the city we are located and the small modeling market Wisconsin has. And we definitely wouldn't want a model to travel states away just to work with us. HOW DO I SUBMIT TO EVON MAGAZINE FOR PUBLICATION/WEB FEATURE?
We ONLY accept submissions through Kayvar (CLICK HERE)
Do you pay for models to shoot for evon mag?
No! ALL images submitted and/or published are on the shooting terms between the model and the photographer. We do work with models to help them find high quality photographers to shoot with... and we work with photographers to help produce images for the magazine but we are not paying for models' shoots or paying models to shoot. Though, the person/people behind EVON Magazine may be respected in their lanes away from EVON Magazine, EVON Magazine is a brand new publication and is in no position to pay for photo shoots. We do plan to be able to though, in the near future.
what are specifications for print publication?
1.) High quality/resolution images, ONLY
2.) Names/Credit of EVERYONE who contributed to the final production of your submitted work
3.) EVERY ISSUE AFTER THE FIRST ISSUE, non watermarked issues ONLY. Everyone will still be credited
DO models published get a free copy?
No! EVON MAGAZINE is printed as it is order, so it is not over printed. If your work is published in EVON MAGAZINE, we will provide and email you high resolution PDF tear sheets. We understand that some models will request a print issue just to tear out their published work and throw away the rest of the magazine. So to help the wastelands and our tress, we provide tear sheets to prevent magazine being thrown out.
